We arrived in Greenville, Mississippi and checked into our hotel. The location was convenient, with drops of something caramel-colored nearby. However, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment when we realized the state of our room. We had to change rooms five times due to various issues mentioned by previous guests, such as malfunctioning locks, dirty comforters, and non-working lights. The service was lacking, as our concerns were not addressed properly. Moreover, the ice machine and vending machine were out of order throughout our stay. On a positive note, the staff was helpful during check-in and the breakfast options were decent considering the cost of our stay.
There were several bugs and muddy areas under the stairwell of the hotel.

We had the most relaxing few days there. Personnel was very friendly. It had a peaceful location next to Econo Lodge, a Delta museum, the Mississippi River, and GREENVILLE. In the best area.

When I addressed the situation, the staff/manager in charge was attentive and responsive. They offered a small refund for the inconvenience caused by the shower issue and attempted to accommodate the guest. The hotel is located close to Greenville, providing easy access to the city and its attractions.
The staff's communication about the shower being fixed was lacking, leading to a guest unable to take a shower before check-out.
